What Working at
Diamond Valley Looks Like

The oilfield attracts people who want to work hard and be rewarded for it. At Diamond Valley, that means competitive wages, modern equipment, and a company culture that takes safety seriously.

We are a company that is growing through expanding service lines. We are creating more opportunities for the people who join us in the field, in operations, and in business development. Many of our field employees have been with the company for over a decade. That kind of retention comes from treating people well, investing in their development, and giving them equipment they can be proud to operate.

Our Safety Culture

Safety is the standard every person on our team is held to, from new hires to leadership. Every Diamond Valley employee works within a certified safety management system. That means:

You will be trained on the equipment you operate before you run independently

You will have site-specific safety plans and hazard assessments on every job

You will have the authority to stop work when conditions aren't safe

You will work for a company that has been independently audited on its safety practices
